Natural Beauty

For my final image i kept to a basic natural palette. Firstly cleansed, toned and moisturised my models skin, then applied a MAC primer, Benefit erase paste, mac studio fix foundation, brown and white supracolour to contour and to highlight, MAC finishing powder, MAC pink swoon blusher and MAC viva la glam nude lipstick topped with a gloss.

For my natural beauty look i wanted to create a simple flawless look which i think i have achieved and i am happy with.
Below is a few different images i took i also tried using a red lipstick but prefered the nude lip for my final image.

Sunday

Body art

For my body art i choose to do a pop art inspired shoot, i enjoyed doing this shoot although it was vey time consuming im happy with the outcome. My favourite part of this image is the face mainly the lips.

The make up i used for this shoot consisted off a white Illamasqua base, MAC finishing powder, MAC eye liner, Red, black and white supracolour.

I did a practise shoot on myself before hand which also turned out pretty swell.

i had a bit of a play around with different ways of body art before i decided on doing my pop art shoot firstly i tested out some printing using nail varnish but that didnt come out the best eres a few images of my attempts.

I then tried out just copying and image freehand but i pinned up a peice of wallpaper beind my model and tried to copy the image behing her onto the body asif she were to blend into it, i was quite happy with how this came out to be honest because i personaly didnt think it would work, but it looked okay.

Saturday

Wild Kingdom

For my wild kingdom shoot i didnt want to go for the typical leapord, tiger or zebra look so i thought id go for something different, so i looked at less conventional animals like deer, antelops and also took an interest into tribal make up and this is what i came up with.

I do like this make up, but its not my favourite or to the best of my ability, i feel i could have improved the hair especially, it could have been a bit tighter and neater, i think if i was to do this look again i would also change the make up under the eyes by blending alot more and making it a little more subtle.

The make up i used to create this look was MAC primer, Benefit erase paste, MAC studio fix fluid, MAC finishing powder, a variety of brown liner pencils, bronze shimmer, MAC eyeliner, black eyeshadow, black supracolour and MAC mascara.

Here are a few pictures i used as inspiration, the hair came from the antlers of the antelope, the pattern is the markings from a deer

Here is my moodboard i created for my wild kingdom look. and the image below i was just playing around with different animal print so had a play and i think my lips came out pretty nifty.

Thursday

Wonderland

I opted for the ice queen feel for my wonderland image.
For this image i used illamasqua white rich foundation powdred down with MAC finishing powder and contoured with a variety of blue eyeshadows, i used the illmasqua metallic pallette blue for the lips topped with a hint of white shimmer
